Freshman at Butler:  appeared in all 20 matches as a freshman…led the country in assists with 29 to go along with her six goals for a total of 41 points, second best on the team…recorded the assist in the 1-0 Region VI semi-final win vs Johnson County…was named All-Conference and All-Region…also named KJCCC Academic All-Conference and a winner of the Grizzly Achievement Scholarship for academic success.

Before Butler:  four-year letter winner at Great Bend HS for Coach Paul Zamarripa…All-Conference player all four years of prep soccer…recorded 49 career goals for the Panthers…played club soccer for KFA.

Coach Hunter:  “Perla is our table setter.  She led the country in assists last year because of her ability to play with her head up and deliver a technically proper final ball.  With more scoring threats on the team this year, Perla will have many options to pick from.”

Personal:  born February 2 and is the daughter of Simon and Cristina Hernandez…is majoring in Liberal Arts.
